Building of a new Conservatory and Kitchen in Bath

Kevin & Natalie Brown from Bath approached me with a large building project they wanted to complete on their terraced house in Bath.

We met to discuss their requirements and ideas also at this meeting we discussed materials, styles, prices, budgets , timescales and ultimately whether their final outcome was achievable.

External Work

In order for the new conservatory to be built the old structure and kitchen would need to be demolished, work on this was started and all rubbish and building rubble was disposed of from site.

The plans had been drawn up and the new conservatory was constructed using  triple wall roofing ? French Doors were installed to complete the external look.

Internal

A new shaker style kitchen from Howden’s was fitted and finished with beautiful Beech Worktops. And afterwards a new combi boiler was installed and a Belfast Sink was inserted to complete the look.

The final stages included fitting a Galley Kitchen to the existing Kitchen which involved adding new light fixtures and fittings  and the final stage was to decorate the area to the clients requirements.
